There are a lot of templates out there but they're infact doing you more harm than good. The majority of proxy templates on the internet are all horribly designed, coded, and structured.
The main thing a typical proxy template lacks on is AdSense placement. I can't stress this point enough. CLICK-THROUGH RATIO % IS VITAL! Proxies cost money to run so you're going to be needing to look at every individual proxy-browser as possible income. Every single one of our proxies are structured around AdSense to give you the highest possible CTR % (click-through ratio). The templates are coded in valid XHTML/CSS for PHProxy 0.5. All templates include: a .PSD of the entire layout along with a seperate logo .PSD for extremely easy modification, all font files, and every other file needed for running the proxy script.
